Set Up Autopay

To enroll in Autopay, please complete our Sentry Alarm Systems Automatic Payment Authorization Form below and submit.

NOTE: IF YOUR ACCOUNT REQUIRES TWO SIGNATURES, BOTH MUST COMPLETE AND SIGN THE ABOVE.

This authorization shall remain in effect until the Company receives written notification from me (or either of us) of its termination, provided such notification is delivered in a manner and timeframe that allows the Company and the Depository a reasonable opportunity to act accordingly. Sentry Alarm Systems processes automatic payments on the first of every month, depending upon your billing frequency. Changes to your automatic payments must be submitted before the first of the month in which your payment is scheduled.
