Hello Sentry Friends and Families,

First, thank you to all of our customers for continuing to entrust Sentry Alarm with your life safety and private property protection needs. During this time, our country is navigating through uncharted waters and many businesses are experiencing new and unique challenges. We at Sentry are no different. However, we’d like to take a few moments to tell you what will not change — that’s our commitment to delivering you the same unmatched service you have come to expect from your fire and intrusion alarm service provider.

We understand that many things look different right now throughout our communities and we want to be what remains the same. Internally, we have taken every possible measure to fully cooperate with local, state, and federal recommendations to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Keeping our valued customers and staff safe has always been and remains today our top priority. Externally, we will strive to provide familiarity and the same level of exceptional service for which we’ve come to be known for over our nearly 50 years of service.

As you may already know most counties in our greater service area have issued a "Shelter in Place" health order. Per these orders Sentry Alarm is still allowed to dispatch Customer Care Representatives and Technicians in all of these affected counties to install new fire and security system equipment, to perform various service work and to perform code required inspections.

If you need service you can expect all Sentry personnel to:

• Be in Sentry uniform,

• Drive a Sentry vehicle

• Wear a Sentry Photo ID badge

• Have their valid State of California ACE Card on them.
